We manufacture Moulds for producing concrete Manhole Cones and Risers for various sizes. Hydraulic as well as manual mechanisms can be provided for creating required step holes or any entry/exit holes as per the customer requirement. Each mould for risers or cones are specially designed from scratch with reference to the product drawings provided by the client.
RCC Precast Jacking Pipe Moulds
Jacking Pipes are RCC pipes which are pushed under the ground, horizontally, using hydraulic or mechanical press, instead of excavating and placing the pipes. These pipes need to have much greater strength and other properties. RCC Precast Pipe Moulds
We manufacture moulds for producing straight round pipes. We have already supplied hundreds of such moulds where even our first mould is still in use today. Our moulds are as usual, specifically designed for each client as per his requirement. Moulds for standard joints like Spigot and Socket (S&S), Flush Joint (FJ) and many more are almost readily available. We also manufacture moulds for special designs and for non standard products as per the clients needs.
